Granite, marble, and other natural stone

R&L uses granite, marble, and other natural stone. The material suits a kitchen, bath, bar, fireplace, or vanity.

Granite is the usual choice when a kitchen needs a hard surface that resists scratches. Marble is easier to mark, and it is still a sound choice when the room calls for that look, especially in an older house. Other options include quartzite, travertine, slate, and limestone.

Quartz and engineered stone

Engineered quartz is not porous the way natural stone is, so it is simpler to clean and it does not need a sealer. Most of the slab is quartz, with a small share of polymer. The color and finish range is wide, and several manufacturers make comparable products.
